So far, this is how far the repairs have gotten. The outside is worse than expected. I think the pictures are better than words. The integrity of the interior wall is fine. The contractors keep saying how lucky we are that this was found now. I'm thankful that this happened before we started remodeling our bathroom. That's obviously going to get postponed at least until next year, I think. The exterior work is not covered by insurance because it is wet-rot. The interior repairs should be because they can't proved what was caused by the long term leak and what was caused by the downpour that soaked the wall.
